At Arkaveda India, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products that support your holistic well-being. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our offerings, we do not accept any returns once a product has been purchased, under any circumstances.

All sales are final. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, if eligible, a replacement or refund will be initiated at our discretion.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–9 working days and credited to your original mode of payment.
